Harmony Medical Concierge provides concierge medical services, including but not limited to medical exams, IV therapy, medical weight loss, women's health, men's health, emergency antibiotics and prescriptions, hormone replacement, urgent care visits, ketamine therapy, and mental health services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Appointments: Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or via email. Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure that you receive the full benefit of our services.

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.

4. PAYMENT

  • Fees: The fees for our services will be communicated to you prior to your appointment. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • Methods of Payment: We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments. Any additional fees associated with your payment method will be your responsibility.

5. PRIVACY
